and give ROCKmetalTALK.com permission to play and promote your music on all it's affiliate Shows being broadcast now and in the future and you agree that you will not receive any payment from ROCKmetalTALK.com for use of your musical recording(s) listed above and you will only receive air play and promotions you also grant permission to use any artwork affiliated or submitted with your package, you also grant ROCKmetalTALK.com permission to use your material in promotional ID's for and on ROCKmetalTALK.com and its radio broadcast stations and its website.

You must send one physical copy of each recording to ROCKmetalTALK.com or the Show host who is representing your music submission along with a copy of this original completed and signed document to be forwarded to rockmetaltalk.com if need be.
ALL SONGS MUST BE PROPERLY TAGGED AND LABELED OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AIRPLAY, WE WILL NOT TAG YOUR SONGS THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ARTIST AND OR SHOW HOSTS. This means when we load your songs into our data base all your info is properly loaded on the tracks such as artist name, album title, song title and artwork.
